The complete catalog
82 requirements across 21 sections, from top management commitment through service level management to release and deployment. Maintained as an OSCAL catalog like the other frameworks.
Maturity comes from the data, not from a workshop
FitSM is the lean counterpart to ISO 20000: 82 requirements across seven general sections and fourteen processes, designed for organisations serious about IT service management without taking on a certification project. The usual route there is a maturity workshop in which people estimate where they stand. This module takes a different path: it reads the actual state from the modules already running and derives a proposed assessment per requirement.
82 requirements across 21 sections, from top management commitment through service level management to release and deployment. Maintained as an OSCAL catalog like the other frameworks.
The assessment reads from fifteen modules you already run. No separate data collection project, no parallel spreadsheet.
Every check reports its population. "Zero of zero services without an SLA" is trivially true and is not reported as one hundred percent conformity.
The automatic result is a proposal and never overwrites a manual assessment. If a module is missing, the result reads "not evaluable" rather than silently "met".
A FitSM maturity level fed by operations rather than self-assessment, one that honestly says "not evaluable" where data is missing.
