Neither in SharePoint nor in isidaten. A file deleted in SharePoint is flagged on the link; whether the evidence should go is decided by a person.

Evidence from the library where it is maintained
In many organisations policies, process descriptions and evidence live in SharePoint, and that is where they should be maintained. The connector maps a document library, or a folder in it, per tenant to a folder in the isidaten document store. Files are taken over as evidence or only linked, and content changes arrive as a new version. Access runs through the existing Microsoft Graph application.

Your benefits
Only as much permission as needed
The recommended application permission is Sites.Selected: the Graph application only sees the sites that were explicitly granted.
One error does not hold up the rest
A problem with a single file does not end the sync. The file is retried on the next run.
