Where "sustainable" appears on your website, and whether evidence sits next to it
Directive (EU) 2024/825 applies from 27 September 2026 and puts general environmental claims without proven excellent environmental performance, claims about the whole business for a partial aspect, climate neutrality via offsetting, and labels without a certification scheme on the blacklist of unfair commercial practices. The question every organisation then has to answer: where does our website say "green", "climate neutral" or "sustainable", and what sits next to it? The module answers it with a crawl over sitemap and links, server-side or via the isidaten agent, a rule engine assigning every finding a risk class in context, and a workflow through to change, substantiation or removal.
The analysis separates finding of fact, risk assessment and recommendation. Every assessment names the rule that triggered it, and automatically found hits without secured context are marked "automatic, context open". That does not replace legal review; it prepares it.
The headless browser renders JavaScript content but yields no HTTP status code; the field then stays empty instead of claiming a 200. The crawl log says per run which path was chosen and what it could not see.
Identical claims on several URLs are kept as a duplicate group and decided in one step. The path analysis shows in which sections of the site critical claims cluster, up to the recommendation to review a subpage temporarily offline.
