Service Billing

Recorded time becomes a billing proposal – with no spreadsheet in between

In many organisations a spreadsheet sits between the time logged in a ticket and the invoice, filled in by hand at month end – with all the errors that entails. Service billing closes that gap: hourly rates and billing agreements hang off the contract, times come from ITSM, and at month end a proposal per contract is ready.

Features

Your benefits

1

Terms on the contract, not in someone head

Hourly rates per activity and role, quota per period optionally with carry-over, flat fees and rounding – as a billing agreement on the contract from contract management.

2

Quota consumption is visible

The monthly proposal shows how much of the quota is used – before the client asks why the invoice is higher.

3

Approval and lock

Four-eyes approval can be switched on per tenant. Once approved the proposal is locked and cannot be quietly altered.

4

Accounting stays accounting

Export as a DATEV posting batch, CSV or draft invoice in lexoffice and sevDesk. The module deliberately does not create invoice numbers or handle GoBD and e-invoicing.
